1. Order Cancellation#
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please go to "My Orders" in your account dashboard and click on the "Cancel Order" button next to the relevant order.
If the order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you may return the package after receiving it, subject to our Return Policy.
